I was very happy to appoint some passionate and talented members to the Mayor's Youth Advisory Committee and I voted to plow ahead with the reconstruction of Concession Road 5 North despite a cost overrun because we need to fix that road.

Received delegations and voted to pass By-law 2019-060 to provide for the street name change from Marsh Drive to Landor Drive.

Approved an over-expenditure not to exceed $412,467 for the 5th Concession North Reconstruction, for a total project cost not to exceed $2,412,467; approved adjustments to capital funding allocations approved in the 2019 Budget; awarded the tender to Coco Paving Inc. in the amount of $2,293,647.40 plus H.S.T.

 16.2 Condominium Conversion Agreements for 421 Dalhousie Street and 130 Pickering Drive

Approved the Condominium Conversion Agreements for 421 Dalhousie Street and 130 Pickering Drive; passed By-law 2019-054 to authorize the signing of a Condominium Conversion Agreement for 421 Dalhousie Street; and, passed Bylaw 2019-053 to authorize the signing of a Condominium Agreement for 130 Pickering Drive.
